Blue Water Pools is a family-owned and operated pool construction company based in Windsor, Colorado. The company was founded by David Hall, who oversaw and managed the construction of his own pool. Friends and neighbors were so impressed at the quality of construction and appeal of the finished product that they soon began asking him to build their dream pools. The President, Ryan Scofield has several years of construction background including steel fabrication and custom home building. He is a Colorado native and takes pride carrying on the tradition his grandfather and father are renown for – exceptional quality underpinned by integrity and outstanding customer service. Blue Water Pools has been in business for 17 years and the same original crews build the pools to this day. Their combined experience exceeds 60 years of unparalleled pool construction.
